Zippy has a new name...

 

Day 2

Kaysia and Kyson came home from school yesterday and decided that our little elf friend needed a better name.  He needed to be named after our favorite elf, Buddy.  So Buddy it is!  After school the kids noticed that Buddy was gone!!  I must have been so busy hanging Christmas lights that I missed him wandering the house for a good look out spot.  We never found him.  Before bed Kaysia left him a note and an 'elf sized' treat in the spot we last saw our friend.  Buddy found his treat, his note and a new watch spot.  I think we need to teach buddy some manners, if you look closely you'll see he's a messy eater! 

 

 

We can't wait to see what this silly elf will do next!

Our new friend Zippy...Day 1

 

 

 

This morning we woke up to a new friend around our house. We named him Zippy. He's a special friend that reports back to Santa if we've been naughty or nice. This morning we woke up and found him in the kitchen sitting on a spool of thread with scissors in his hands and little bits of paper everywhere. Look what Zippy made!!

 

 

I think Mr. Zippy has decided if it isn't going to get snowy, he's going to make some snow of his own!  We can't wait to see what he'll do next!
